I did not believe I could do it or last this long but incredibly it has been 10 months since I quit nicotine, and this forum has been so instrumental, I doubt I would have kept on without it.

You are so helpful and smart and encouraging!
What you share about addiction helps me a lot. It helped me out tonight! I am not fully quit yet, but if I can delay a lozenge, spit one out after 10 seconds or just skip one here and there, it gives me hope! I am practicing a quit until I can let go completely.
