Hey Ann:

Andrew (candrew) here. Been awhile.

Not been on the site for some time. Checking in with some folks that I remember having conversations, been doing well , haven't lit up for over a year.

I always enjoyed your inciteful responses.  I remember Denium when she took over as mod. Cindi, Xvaper and others that helped me overcome.

Hope you are doing well.

Stay in touch

Andrew

Congratulations Andrew,

You must feel so great and proud of yourself.  Pats on the back from me.   You might notice the odd flash back but you have good experience with how to handle those.

How do you like your freedom?  Isn't it great.  I know I am so grateful to this forum, the people, including you, who helped me get to three plus years of freedom.  It is always so great to hear from you.  I sure am happy for you Andrew.

I must say I have had some "big time" cravings tonight. I am too committed to act on them but the fact is I am very happy with my decision.

It has been fairly easy go but still remain in  the throws of my addiction.  Each day is another.

Still dancin

You are doing great Andrew.  You had said in a previous post in April that you have reached over a year ?  Congratulations !!

I will be 5 months smoke free July 2nd.  One of the things  I tell myself is I don't smoke when I have a crave.  Self talk and deep breathing are important tools to me.

Stay strong .
