It's been quite awhile since my last post, but I have to say i am still smoke free, been 11 years without smoking, and i am so very proud of myself for this huge accomplishment, i even surpassed my father when it came to quitting but that is only because he had passed away sadly two weeks after he walked me down the asile and it was ten years he had in without smoking, so to me this is a huge mild stone that my father would be so proud of.
quitting wasn't easy i had many ups and downs and fails, but i did not give up because when you don't give up good things will def happen for you, i am so proud of the woman i am today, i am even working out trying to loose weight, and i have to say i have been thru a lot of triggers, like loved ones who have passed on, still stayed smoke free, my husband awhile back had cheated on me and i still stayed smoke free, we are working thru our issues, and doing better. The key is to not give up because when you think about it during the crises that your given ask yourself, is smoking going to fix this problem? the answer is always no so whatever you do stay strong and keep fighting it because it is so well worth it...you can do this
i am living proof that you can do this no matter what your faced with, i don't even look to smokes anymore, and i feel one hundred and ten percent better health wise, so i am here to tell you all that no matter what your faced with you can over come without smoking
wishing you all the very best
your non smoking friend

Hi Strong,
You are such an inspiration. I know life will bring tragedies and I sometimes fear that I may weaken even though I have no desire to smoke at all. You are a living proof!
