Hi Robin! I so remember you! Very sorry you had a relapse. Hoping you can find the strength to quit again. Just remember what motivated you the last time because you did awesome! I don't check on here as much as I'd like to, but I will try and watch for your posts.

Welcome back Robin. I had quit 2+ years and relapsed during COVID. The import thing is to start a new quit.

Thank you. Over 24 hours and going strong lol. We'll see how it goes! The first time I quit- I had no migraines for 2 years, no anxiety attacks when I woke up in the morning. It really felt free. When I bought that first pack of cigarettes, I looked at the man behind the counter and I felt like such a failure! It was like I saw him shake his head and say what a shame. I called my sister and cried for an hour. Anyway. The only good piece of this which MAY make it easier this time is I smoke my first cigarette after work and only in my backyard. Never went back to smoking and driving which had been huge for me. But I need to be done with this for good. Forever.

I think it was easier for me the 2nd time because I understood the addiction better. Forever is a good word.
