Welcome Joanne. The first week is tough especially 3-4 days. but it gets better. Hang in there you won't regret it.

So today is the 14th, I hope you made it here! The first few days are the toughest - that's the good news. The bad news? There isn't any. It's all good. Everyday is better, little by little, day after day, you are getting better.
Even after the first week, you will start to notice that you forget about smoking. That is the first sign of winning.
Stick with it. You will be so happy to did.
Keep posting here and reading too. This forum is great support. Many found it to be the one ingredient that helped them them achieve a successful quit.
