I think you need a new month witting folder so I thought I would start one for you.
welcome newbies. The first few weeks require dedication and commitment. You will be thinking about the nasty cigs most of your waking hours to begin with
Drink lots of cool water
suck on ice cubes
blow bubbles with those kid bubble toys
suck on sugarless hard candy
take a shower in tough moments
go for a long walk
do a jigsaw puzzle
don’t think about tomorrow or next week just take it one moment at a time
the days will begin to add up and your quit muscle will get stronger
