  I am happy to say that today (September 21st) I have two months without a cigarette. I am glad to have the help of my friends and everyone on this forum. I thought I would throw in a couple stars

Hey Mercy,

When I quit, two months was a lifetime.  Quitters with 2, 3 months under their belt were my heroes.  Little by little time was adding up and before I knew it my one whole year quit happened.  I celebrated with my family at PF Chang's, it was one of my most memorable celebrations.  Maybe the most memorable.  

Here I am now, over eleven years smoke free.
