Some time off and getting your nails done, that sounds fabulous.  I am still thinking what I want to do, have considered a pedicure or facial.  Getting the nails done sounds terrific.   Decisions, Decisions !  So sweet your sister told you that you smell lovely and i am sure you do. Hope her health problems of late improve.

yes I have survived the first half term back at work without smoking! 
I will send a photograph on here of my nails when I’ve had them done .

A pedicure or a facial? Oh they both sound great!

I bought some expensive skin care face  products in July and that was another reason to stop smoking. I thought why on earth am I spending so much on products to then be smoking. It’s defeating the object and smoking will prematurely be ageing my skin, therefore I need to stop. I have to say my skin really does look good!

Keep on smiling Brenda! We are doing this!!

I have four bottles of perfume,   numerous handcreams and smelly soap........I think even if I did smoke no one would notice.....but I am not planning to smoke.  It is nice to smell amazing.    You are doing ok to.......especially with two smokers in the house.    My hubby had throat cancer about 15 years ago and has had the all clear for years.  However, he recently had a virus which made his throat croaky so dr. has sent him to throat specialist.      He is not happy about it, but what can you expect when you spend half the day in the shed puffing away.    I do hope he is going to be ok, and maybe he will stop smoking.       Funny thing is,  if I had a ciggie (during one of my quits) he would get very upset.     Just pray I say.
