Hey.  Hope this bout of anxiety passes for you.  My solution if I am anxious is to do some sets of exercises with the small weights.  Can't think about giving in when thinking exercise sequence.    Hope  your anxiety passes soon.

Hi Jonny,

Stay strong, you can do this! I suffer from anxiety too. I would suggest seeing a therapist, they are so helpful! When you are anxious look at the reason for the anxiety. Is it something that you have control over? My therapist put it great this past week. Anxiety is fight or flight. She asked me if a bear was chasing me, and I said no. She reminded me in times of anxiety to look at the whole situation and alot of times there are things you can control. I also always like to go for a walk when anxious. Try the app Headspace. This helps a ton! Good luck!!
