That’s great Anthony! Just let it happen. I think you mean the quit is happening, right?

Keep on truckin’!
“Arrows of neon and flashing marquees out on Main Street...!”

And Anthony is truckin’ on and on....!

I made a new verse for you! Hope Jerry wouldn’t mind...

Keep it up! Remember: do anything but smoke. Anything. Just do not smoke! And post here because we have got your back! You're doing this and you're flexing your quit muscle. Soon it will be huge!

Excellent! Keep those lozenges handy so that you aren't caught off guard. You keep vigilant, my friend. Stays strong and do not give in!

Great news Anthony.

Lets see...about dinner time there I think. Maybe a nice slow stroll after? Nice sunset photo maybe?

Keep your aim. You can do it.

Ok, Anthony, this is my favorite so far. So meditative and calming, watching the world bring about a new day for us, yes? Something hopeful about watching the sun rise and things around becoming washed in the warming light.
Keep that light and hope with you today my friend. If the urge strikes, pull this picture up and breathe deeply and remember the dawn...
