Over 10 month now!

It seems like cravings are already long gone, but let's be on guard. Although it seems easy to not smoke now, it didn't come easy.

I am forever grateful for this forum for being smoke free for so long and I will keep reminding myself that I want to stay free.

Happy January fellow March-21 ex-smokers!

New Year and second year of smoke free approaching. Unbelievable back then.

How is it going for you, Tanya?

Hi there!  So good to hear from you, I haven't been on here much in quite some time, but still smoke free for me too!  Best decision I ever made was to become smober!  I hope everything is going well for you....cheers to us for almost 2 years!

Hi, I tried to remember today how long we are quit, and had to double check here, couldn't believe it's almost 2 years.

many things I already went through without even thinking of smoking. This year was especially tough with a war in my country, so glad I was already prepared.

surprised how something this big could fade away with such a small shift in behavior.

you mentioned about your older brother health issue, how was it?
