Hi Marjorie,
I am so sorry for my late reply... been a little distracted from the forum lately with some things going on in my life. Anyway, congratulations on ONE MONTH!!! That is awesome! My last cigarette was March 9, 2018 at 5:30am. I am sure you will still be doing great at 3 months if you just take it one day at a time. You are doing great so far!

Thank you Cindi, im in my 6th week now and doing great , its getting much easier now and the days dont feel as long ,ive more energy and more time to do things I enjoy ,like bike rides with my friend , and my home hasn't been as clean lol , I like to keep busy during the day as I'm retired now , and in the evening I chill knowing ive succeeded another day smoke free. That is so great Marjorie! Congratulations on 6 weeks!!!! It will keep getting easier as you go along as long as you just don't smoke. Keeping busy is also the best thing. You are doing this my friend...keep up the great work!!!
