Hi Marjorie,

I am so sorry for my late reply... been a little distracted from the forum lately with some things going on in my life.  Anyway, congratulations on ONE MONTH!!!  That is awesome!  My last cigarette was March 9, 2018 at 5:30am.  I am sure you will still be doing great at 3 months if you just take it one day at a time.  You are doing great so far!

Take care and hope to hear from you soon!

That is so great Marjorie!  Congratulations on 6 weeks!!!!  It will keep getting easier as you go along as long as you just don't smoke.  Keeping busy is also the best thing.  You are doing this my friend...keep up the great work!!!
