Cheers to you Dan!  It is so nice hearing you’re still smoke free and celebrating 3 years of overcoming the nicotine addiction.  It was a hard fought battle and well worth it, I think.  Good for you!

I’m so sorry! Not sure why but I though your date was at the end of January. Now soon as I write that, I believe that may be Eve. I did know you were coming on 3 years and was going to make a post just for you near the end of the month.

SO a HUGE Congratulations to you!! You have been such a steady force and support for folks on here and your wisdom and courage is really appreciated!!! I hope you celebrated with something really special, and perhaps some ice cream to boot!

Congratulations Anne!  As someone who couldn't go 3 days without smoking without it seeming like the worst thing in the world, 3 years is kind of surreal if I stop to think about it.

Keep it going one day at a time!
