Thanks Hilda! I didn’t get an email so it might be a message on here. I’ll go look. I appreciate all the good thoughts.
I think you you often when dealing with retreat, I hope all is well with you. Miss seeing you at retreats for sure. ;0)

Oh man that’s crummy. I’ll be praying that goes away very quickly. I hope the leather tips help you, and you can maybe do some stitching :0)

That stuff they use at the lab would work well. It sticks to itself. When DH had his Mohs treatment lay time I found some at the 99c store. They were small rolls but worked very well in awkward places. I might even try it.

I have cut a bit off the last strip that was around my elbow and it seems like it will work..

I will actually have to try it...with a needle...lol

my test results are in, it was malignant breast cancer called “Invasive Ductal Carcinoma”.

i had tthe same DX 20 years ago. I won't kid you it wasn't necessarily a very pleasant year BUT it was doable. And I've been NED (No Evidence of Disease) ever since.  Medicine and research has changed a great deal in 20 years so hopefully it will be easier now than it was then. But as I said it was doable.  So I encourage you to be brave and expectant of a happy outcome.  prayers coming your way.

I FOUND MY "LOST" QUILT TOP!   woo hoo!

I had stuffed it in a bag with the quilted show-n-tell quilt ... the ONE bag that I hadn't actually upended because .. you know .. it only had that one big quilt in it.  :-)

Whew!  I was really beginning to think that I had tossed the bag I "knew" it was in, thinking it was garbage.  I'm glad I have it back.

That makes a grand total of *72* tops ready to quilt.  :-)
