It looks awesome. Great problem solving to transition the switch of fabric in the piano keys.

I seem to be quilting all my most recent tops first and working my way backwards with them.......and I have quite the pile to choose from too.

That turned out fantastic!  Is your background different colors of ecru?  Seems slightly different in places.

Good eyes.  Yes.  :-)

Judy, I guess neither one of us were winners, but it sounded like fun.

I also saw in one of your posts that there was a link to Fabric Shack. They are literally down the road a few miles. I love that place. I'm heartbroken that the bricks and morter store store closed with the Covid stuff. I am so glad their online shopping remained opened. I keep praying that they can find some younger ladies interested in working in their store and get it to reopen. Love that place.

You enjoy your day.

Nicely done Shelley!  And your creative way of mixing in another background fabric is just perfect!  It was part of the game plan!

winks….

I recieved a gift this week, which is sparking my quilting mojo to return.  I have done only one quilt project since November.

The gift I recieved if I did the math correctly was about 15 yards of fabric, gorgeous fabric cut into strips of multiple lengths and widths.  This five pound box more than doubled my strip supply.

So today I decided to sort my strings box which is a total total mess.  Maybe this next week I will find the balance of some quilt mojo.

Thank you for sharing your leftovers.

There is nothing like "new" fabric in the stash to spark creativity.

I need more pins!  But your idea is looking great.  so glad this is a small piece, I'd hate to do this on a large quilt.

and I was feeling guilty I hadn't mailed you mine.  The bag is sitting out, I just haven't found a box yet to mail in and it appears they aren't doing those boxes at the PO any more that used to be one price regardless of the weight.

Wow Dee that looks amazing! For sure a little masterpiece for you to enjoy.
