I did not make the top. I quilted it for another forum member and her fabric choices were georgous!

almost done with the top edge. I've been starting there as it will be hung high, so I figure if I get better as I go along, the first section will be hard to see. My left thumbnail is very sore, I must be using it to hold the loop while I secure on the back. It is slow going, but getting a bit faster. Glad the quilt isn't any larger than it is. Only regret, from a distance it looks a lot like rick rack, but a LOT more work.

purses are done. I tried a few different methods of construction, but decided I really like the zipper across the top best, tho the top corners don't turn nicely.

And I've started on my applique wall hanging, to be hung on my sewing room door. I have only stitched down a few items (to give me a break from the Christmas binding) but it is going very quickly. There are a couple of mushrooms & leaves left to prepare - oh and a chickadee, almost forgot him. And I need to find some realistic looking butterfly prints (slightly larger than a quarter) to add near the top.

a bee and a couple of butterflies. I might add a dragon fly in place of a butterfly as we have a lot more dragonflies in our yard than butterflies.
