Looks like both of us could be freezing cold in February while our friends are basking in the Phoenix Sun  ;-(

I will be missing retreat as well.

I hope there is warmth this year.  Remember how cold it was last year?  Sunny but windy and cold.  We will miss both of y'all.  

Just so you know, my quilt guild is having a 3-day retreat at a church camp that is a few miles from my house.  I won't be spending the night (hate the little bunk beds there.)    I will be there Thursday to Saturday night.  If anyone needs a registration form or any information from me I can still be reached by text or email as I will have my iPad with me.  I won't be able to send registration forms except at night when I get back home.  Woot! I'm so ready for this.

I also ordered some Kona Prussian from Amazon.  (I rarely ever buy any solid fabric other than black or white.)  I *know* I can do string blocks that look good.  My efforts on other lotto blocks have not been that great.  LOL  

awww, you guys are so sweet.  I missed you all too.  I stopped following the thread because it hurt too much to see all the planning and know I couldn't go.  If things change after the first of the year, I'll pop over and see if there are any open spots.

Maybe you can come over one day and we can whip some up. Mine can be considered a donation.  (Yes, I ordered a yard from Amazon) just to feel a part of retreat goers)! Lol

That sounds fun.  I might not get much done until Thanksgiving break -- or even Christmas break, when I will be off 4 days in a row!  There are no big plans for the holidays - just going to enjoy being off work.
