Kathy, I know you prefer to glue your EPP templates. This is a new gizmo for using with glue sticks. (I know you use SewLine but it never hurts to have an alternative!)
You replace the cap with this reducer. When you extrude the glue, it makes the glue coming out narrower, so you don't have as much on your template. The regular cap then pops back onto the top of the reducer so the glue doesn't dry out.
People who have used it say it works quite nicely.
Here's one on Etsy. I don't know who (person or company) that came up with the original idea, but this Etsy person makes them with her 3D printer.
