This post about DJ is France made my heart sing! We used to go to Metz! It wasn't far from where we lived In Germany! I hr-20 minutes or so! Plus you mentioned the Mirabel Plum Festival...we had one in our town as well, and several Mirabel trees in the backyard--YUM! One time a year "someone from somewhere in town went around to all the houses in town collecting the fruit, and they distilled Mirabel Schnaps! Dale and I could barely choke it down as it was SO STRONG...so only one shot a year on New Years. I sure wish I still had the bottle as a collectors item!...and then....Interlaken! Be still my heart! I am so glad he is having these experiences!

I can see that Patty had her work shirt on ... "Stash Management", which is exactly what she was doing! It just wasn't *her* stash. :-)

Maybe he ought to try a reward instead of a stick. You get more flies with honey than with vinegar. (Although my oldest daughter .. the smartass ... countered that with "you get more flies with a pile of shit than with honey." ::head thunk:: )

It's nice to have friends that know when to push you to your limit than reach out and grab you so you don't go over the edge.

Except for Mishii. She's like a cat .. she'll push you over the edge and then look away, whistling. :-)

When you get it all in the boxes, just tell him it is part of the load(s) I have given you in the past. hee hee

We have to cut Mishii a little slack, she confuses friends with coworkers where it her job to push them over the edge. Hopefully when she gets older she will realize he difference. LOL
