There's a woman on Etsy who will sell you a quilted panel for $330. One customer grumbled because seller labels it as a wallhanging but there is no sleeve or any loops on the back to use for hanging purposes.
Looks like a fine example of computer-driven quilting, what I call "quilted to death" kind of work.

It goes pretty fast. I did one start to finish in 4 hours. I did mainly feathers, swirls, and pebbles on that one so it was pretty quick.

This lady has a class that I thought was great. She sells the panels, thread kits, border kits....she is all about the panels. Also a small business owner and Coast Guard family so I like to support her when possible :) I like her teaching style.
Welcome to Bold Notion Quilting's official website! (Eeek!) My name is Lauren Jackson, and I am passionate about Quilting! This website was created to showcase classes and tutorials geared at teaching you new free motion quilting skills as well as how to REALLY apply them. exactly the opposite for me! I look at that empty print (much like a scrapbook page) and am simply overwhelmed by all the possibilities. I can do ANYTHING I want and therefore am unable to do anything. I can't make a decision on how even to start. There are too many choices. I am hoping that this class will help the decision making by narrowing the choices. Fewer choices are actually more helpful to me.

The gal from Bold Notions also did some tutorials using some rulers. She has really marketed these panels and companion fabrics!

Mishii said:I have plantar fasciitis, achilles fasciitis, heel spurs, and then I messed up the tendons on the side of my feet trying to protect my heels. Whoopsy I refused to explore surgery when discussing treatment options with my last doctor so I don't really know what kind. I do know that you have to be totally non weight bearing for about 12 weeks and that doesn't really work for me. I didn't take the appropriate precautions so today I'm paying for it. I knew better.
I feel for you girl, take it easy on those feet!
I got plantar fasciitis last year in one heel and I sure was miserable. I tried to wear the most comfortable shoes with an insert for about 4-5 weeks and that did the trick. I just decided it must be a sign of old age. But then I'm not on my feet all day every day either.
