Oh Ami.  I'm sorry to hear how serious this is - and scary.   Sending you hugs and keeping you both in my prayers.

Check your email.  We have started planning for our 2021 retreat and we need input from you guys.  We want everyone to be safe so we are probably going to make some changes.  I email everyone a survey a few days ago and if you can fill it out and send it back to us it will give us ideas on how to make it safe for everyone.  We have already gotten some great suggestions.

(((( Ami ))))  How stressful to suddenly get messages of an urgent need.  You are amazing that you were able and determined to get to Mark in CO.  I'm sure that was challenging going by yourself.  I'm so sorry about Mark but sounds like it was a good warning for him.  I'll be praying the Drs find any issues that need to be dealt with and he is released to your care soon.  Hugs to you both.

You both are!  And, God is not surprised by this.  Many of us will be holding both Mark and you in prayer to God the great Healer and Creator.

What I do know so far is that this is very serious. He has a long way to go and it will be life-changing for diet, exercise, stress levels, medications, Dr visits and follow-up.

And it will be a change for you too.  You already monitor and plan your diet so well.  And, you know him the best.  Do you think he has internalized the seriousness of this condition and what he will meed to change/do to turn this positive?  I am one to talk...  I know things I need to do relative to my health and benefit but do I choose to do it?  Yeah...  no.  

Thanks for asking us for input for next year's retreat.  You all could just decide what needs to be done and tell us.  But I appreciate you sending out the survey.  I'm afraid I'm not too creative with new ideas but did send my responses.

well Mark is out of the hospital and not sure what they put in his meds but sure made him grumpy. The vest thing they gave him keeps going off at night.
