Why could you not wear these rings in your town?  They are very interesting.  I like them.  Would your daughter or DGDs possibly wear them?  You need one of those ring sizers that jewelers have.  Glad you are having fun.

I suspect that you are having a great deal of fun working on this wallhanging. 

I was home yesterday and did a whole quilts worth of QAYG string blocks.  It will eventually become a charity quilt.  Not sure if I will put the blocks together or pass them along to another gal who loves joining them....

either way, a quilt is on its way to being finished.
