Pirate, I love the France scene, how pretty.

Here is what I finished.  Still a lot more to do!

The first one is a watering can.  We had an estate sale at the guild a while back and these were on the freebie table.  She had already done the applique, so I went ahead and finished them.  The first one has little clear gems on it and those are wooden buttons.  This is a wall hanging for a friend.

The next one is 2 watering cans and I decided to add some applique birds on it.  This was a top that I finished.  Makes a nice table runner.

Are the therapy vests weighted?

not these.  They are "therapy" in the sense that she uses them to do Occupational Therapy with her patients to work on their DLS's (daily living skills - ha, I know the lingo now).  I tease her that she gets to play with kids toys and call it work.  She's been keeping track of her business expenses for her taxes, it's all going to be kid toys.

That makes them a little easier to put together.    Activities of daily living-ADLs

You got the idea of it.  That's what counts.  All professions have their mysterious initial vocabulary.  Always a guessing game for others.

We're on a road trip this weekend. I'm working on my Hawaiian applique Forever Project.

I'm halfway done with this block.

I like the fabric. Is that from SAS?

'Butterflies' quilt is almost done...I have the front of the binding done...just need  to stitch it down and I have the label all ready to stitch down...

Started working on 'Miss MaryJane the Pirate Gecko' quilt...she is steamed down, ready for couching purple thread around her...and I have the purple borders cut out...

Almost done with my Ugly Fabric item...just a few more details and that will be ready for Retreat!

I haven't a clue where the batik fabric came from.  If you recognize it from SAS, then it very well could be true.
