dagnabit!!! I have mis-placed my 'Ok To Wash It' glue bottle...sigh..it is hiding SOMEWHERE in my sewing room..but where oh where???
I thought I had misplaced a 'project in a salad container' ..but did find that...
I might have to buy a new bottle. But as soon as I order one...the old one will see fit to re-appear.

I had that trouble a while back when I was looking for my thread conditioner! Found it a week later....

I finally did find the blue fabric I ordered from Amazon for the Lotto Blocks. Yay!

well, maybe "excuse" wasn't the right term. A reason to make a quilt for a specific purpose, rather than just because I saw something pretty.

Today is a Lazy, Hazy, Drizzly, Chilly (for me) day in the neighborhood. Just doing mindless sewing of Microwave Cozies. These are the first round of fabrics. I bought a bunch of 1/2 yd cuts at some point in history. Dug them out today.
Also live in chat - although rarely is anyone there.

Those are pretty fabrics. I want to make some of those holders. Maybe in the new year.

They are so easy to make. That's why I call them "mindless". AND it's a great way to eliminate smaller pieces of fabric too. This gal shows you how to measure and make for any size bowl you want. I played with the measuring and made a couple of rectangular ones.

Thank you! I've bookmarked the tutorial to give it a try after the holidays.

I love the microwave cozies. I'm about out and need to make more. I keep handing them out. Your fabrics should make nice ones.
