That is really pretty. I zoomed in and that is such pretty fabric. I recently purchased a yard of it in fushia. I will likely buy more in some of the other colors.

Here in Phoenix they are building like their is no tomorrow.Maybe you can build a cabin on your land as a get way retreat.

That's a very cute quilt top. 

And including the maker's feet in the photo gives us a good idea of the size so that's a helpful clue about the sizes of the squares.

Her note said they were 3 inch squares.  A bit smaller than I would want to work with.  You could use any size you want.

I have continued working on my non road trip Forever Project, "A Gathering of Quails"  I have finished the 3rd row. I have two more quail rows to do and the 4 rows of eggs, which are in between the quail rows
