NanaSuz, I am finding it difficult to juggle the sewing for two quilt ideas at the same time now there's the third quilt lurking on my HQ waiting for a new pantograph pattern to arrive. So that means I'll have three projects rattling around in my brain.

Juggle, juggle, juggle.

Judy the Geriatric Juggler. persevere

Leaders and enders are good while I am sewing on the first project but I don't want too many of them to pile up into a monster heap so I work on the second idea a little bit at a time before I create an unworkable mess of "twosies".  (With leaders and enders you can be stuck facing a horrid heap of squares that need to be pressed open; that's what happened to me in 2011 when I was creating quilts for my twin granddaughters.)

It's all a matter of having some shallow boxes to keep some of the stuff somewhat organized. And my red strings and neutral strings are in laundry baskets that I don't need for laundry any more.

Judy, thanks for the reply. It's not just me!!

I think this past year has made it difficult for all of us to keep our creativity going.

Have a good evening.

Oh, NanaSuz, you should post more and show us what you are working on!  Yes there are some very accomplished quilts that have been shown and I admire them, but we each have our own talents.  I know I will never be on that level and am content to just make easy charity quilts like you do.

Right now I have several small charity quilts that need quilting. Got one done, one in the works and a whole bin in the garage of tops/bcks that just need basting. The charity group will provide the batting and we do our spray basting all at one time.. OR as many as need doing. Easier to just dedicate a day and go for it.

I'm using simply grid SITD quilting to get these done and gone.

The 16 Patch is quilted and the Flying Geese are under the needle now

These three are in the pile to be quilted.

All this sewing and quilting keeps me out of the bars and bingo parlors!!

Lynne, Maybe you can help me on this. I'm trying to find the instructions that someone posted for adding photos. Is there a search function that I could use here? I think it was Viola as the person who posted the directions but I can't find them now. Sometimes it is frustrating and I just need to ask for help.

Thanks, NanaSuz

When you want to sent a picture from your phone look up at the top where you see a paper clip. It is the three from the left that you click on.

the way I add pictures is using the snippping tool (one of the included applications on most  computers).  I use it to "snip" the section of an image, then just paste the image snpped into the post using the key strokes ctrl V.  Below is what the tool looks like on my computer when I search for it, though depending on your version of windows it may look different.  I prefer this way as it does not use any of the photo limit you run into if you actually try to attached a file using the paperclip in the delphi tool bar above the message.  Hope this helps.

I have a Windows computer and an Android phone and the screenshot below applies to both.   You want to look for the icon that looks like a TV screen (?) ...    <--- that thing.   When you hover over it you'll get an info bubble "Insert image or photo".  When you click on it, you'll get two choices: 1) from your camera or computer and 2) from the web.    If you choose your computer/camera, you'll then need to scroll or navigate to the folder that contains the image you want and click on the name of the image.  It will automatically upload to your forum message.    If you choose from the web, you'll be prompted to paste (or type) the exact URL of the image you want.
