I was looking at their wide backs a few days ago but not sure of the quality as I have never ordered from them before. Thanks for the recommendation.

This is going to be stunning - I love it already.

Don't you like how happy Tula Pink's colors are!  I'm working with some of her fabrics on an EPP project called Tula Nova.  It's not as complex as the one you're doing, thankfully.  I wouldn't have the time or patience for that these days.  I admire you for tackling this.

I've been pretty pleased with connecting threads wide backings.  One of them (think it is called chambry) raveled a bit but otherwise nice.  And a couple of them have been as nice as very high end LQS.

Here is my very first lemur print element for Inner Cube!

The are 2 sizes of Tumbling Blocks: 1" and 2".  When they are sewn onto the star, I had to remember to orient them all the same: all of "light" fabrics needed to be at the 12:00 position.

Then, the inner star wreath is made from the lemur fabric, which has colored dots on it.  You had to choose the color that most closely matched the colors in the Tumbling Blocks then fussy cut those specific color dots using a template.

I'm continuing to work on my EPP here and there.  But I'm also working on an embroidery pincushion from Mary Corbet's Needle and Thread site.  Here is what it's supposed to look like when done -

And here is where I'm at.   A little bit more of easy green stems, then the beaded flowers.  I'm nervous about handling those little tiny seed beads, also the instructions don't tell you which flowers to put where.  so I'm going to have to use my "judgement" - mmmm.

"lemur fabric"  ???

Where is the lemur in any of these fabrics?  I know of a lemur as a small mammal that looks like this so I am baffled.

You sure are making progress on that! Love the lime green block.
