Congratulations!  It turned out wonderful.  That happens when you are really enjoying your forever project (a lot like a good book).  My Christmas applique was like that, never dreamed I'd get so obsessed with it that I'd have the applique done in less than 6 months.

LOVE! I think this is one of my fav thus far!

thanks.  It's going to be pretty eye popping if the EQ file is any indication.  I don't seem to be able to do anything other than bright saturated stuff lately.  I blame it on my stash. blush  I was looking around my sewing room walls and the quilts almost look like I made them to match!

There is nothing wrong with your choices of fabrics; those fabrics are what are "floating your boat" at this stage of your life. Someday down the road you might fall in love with pastel florals or muted plaids but maybe not.

Just  enjoy the ride you are on.

I for one am grinning from ear to ear with delight when I see your new creations.

Dazzling for sure.

Don't think anyone could sleep under such a gorgeous work of art .... I for one would be too busy studying the artistry of the workmanship and the colors and the patterns and the accuracy and asking myself "How in blazes did she do that?"

Girl, the brights are "in" right now, and they are so fun and cheerful! If you need a taker for this one, you've got a friend in me :D

Bright colors are always especially for a kids quilt.  I think this is going to be a star gazing quilt.  It is nice to use up the scraps.

I hope this top gets top priority in the waiting line at the long arm, cause as much work as you put into it you should be the one to finish it.  I would give you the address to send it to when done except I'm with Judy it's to much of an art piece to sleep under.
