And...I loved sitting next to you as I had never had the chance to really visit with you and get to know you.  Enjoyed watching your quilt top go together on our wall.  Looking forward to seeing you next year.  Have a great year of traveling and hiking. k

sounds like you guys had a marvelous time.  Very jealous.  If you check the news, you will see why I could not come due to work.

We get just as much enjoyment out of the retreat as you all do!  Just a little less sleep lol this year was relaxed and a lot of fun!

I want to thank all of our helpers. Helping us unload our vehicles, hanging the design walls, this year even setting up tables etc. and finally helping everyone to take it all down and into our cars.
as we all get a bit older we truly appreciate it!

I know lots of people who only use middle name or something. Use what makes you feel better. We know who you are :D

Last year I had a migraine every day at retreat and had to keep going to lie down. This year I had none while I was there...but developed one yesterday eve, and it stuck around for this morning... fragile. Moving slowly, and watching the rain outside. SO ready for spring.

I saw it Dee and 2 by me are already having closing sales. So sad. I hope you’ll get taken care of, especially for your loyalty.
we’ve been missing you!

Well you were mentioned many times............sigh, wish you could have come as I always love watching you sew like the wind and so enjoy our conversations. I missed coming in the room every morning to see your finished top on the design wall.

Busy, busy, busy washing the fabrics I got at SAS today. After the washer stops I have one piece left. I want to take em up to Colorado all prewashed and dried. With the exception of one spectacular 4 yard cut of quilting cotton ( I showed it to a few of you) the rest are for making clothes. Very excited about what I found. I went shopping with a list of patterns I was hoping to find fabric for and yardage so I did not get pulled down any unplanned rabbit holes. I did really well and only found 2 things that were not on my list. Kim made me get one (well she also kinda made me get the other one too). I do love both unplanned ones and already know what I want to make out of one and have a good idea about what I want to do with the other one.

I am also working in my sewing room, sorting, organizing and getting rid of a few things.
