In the past I believe that when I had Delphi downsized and I received a private message, my downsized Delphi Town Square icon would blink letting me know to look for the private message.
Did Delphi use to have this option and maybe I clicked it off on accident?

It's not something we had. Look all the way at the top right of this page to see if there are new PMs or messages ... the two zeros for me at present.
