in Quiltingforum, i haven't been in there often due to spam posts.
In Announcements, there are two spam postings now. It was horrid not too long ago,
I am a free member and that may be why i cannot report spam problems. I know to scroll up so the area to type is above the black circle with the white X in it. (what ever that is for).
just thought i'd bring this up so that forum could get busy with actual quilters again one day soon.

Do you mean  the Quilting Forum where Susan Druding is the host? She has not been on Delphi for a long time, and the forum is not actively managed by anyone. There are some other quilting forums on Delphi, which are more active.

well that is one good reason. but some forums don't seem to have anyone in charge but manage to go on.

You could have a discussion with the members who are still visiting and see if anyone would like to take over as host. It's not like the forum is abandoned and you clearly have history there.

I've seen this work before and unless the host has left instructions with Delphi to NOT hand ownership over it's pretty easy.
