This is getting to add up to a load of confusion when you can't remove attachments and we add more space. Are these all in one forum?
I assume you've tried different browsers as well.

DelphiExtra actually has a 10Meg attachment allowance, not 100Megs. We've been adding tons.

You could use your file space. Then post a link to the uploaded file. Once you run out of space you can delete older files from that section of your profile. No need to hunt down messages.

Sure, click on My Forums and look for the Files Link. Click on Browse, find your file and double click it, then click Upload.

You could embed your link in a word or phrase (I'm on mobile and cannot)
NOTE: like most of the original mechanisms here this is quite basic. If you hope to create folders and move files about... know that that is incredibly limited. Folders cannot be deleted or renamed and files cannot be moved from the folder they were uploaded to.
For your purpose I'd just upload to the default folder.
Also - I think this way easier and gives you more control.
