It was suggested that I come here to let you know I cannot post an attachment with either the paperclip or web/computer option; that you can reset and clear out the paperclip. The message I get now is "You have use up your upload allocation user limit". Can you help with this?

I've  reset your space.

DelphiBasic members have very little attachment space (paperclip), only 512k. Look on MyForums for the Manage Attachments link which gives you a list of Attachments linked to the original message to Edit and remove attachments.

That doesn't explain why you are not able to use Insert on the editor toolbar, there is no limit that way ... can you give us the filename, shouldn't  have spaces, letters and numbers only.

It was a photo from my desktop I was trying to attach. Just tried to do it here with the insert function but no joy. I click on upload and get a message that I "must choose an image".

What is the filename of the image, does it end in .gif .jpg or ?

I don't know if you can see it this way. I tried to get rid of the HEIC.

Don't know what you mean by 'get rid', did you actually convert the file to a jpg.

Google HEIC to JPG converter?

You can Save As or screenshot an image to change the file type.
