Morning routine underway - dog, laundry (finally getting to winter wear), kitchen tbd

zone mission is a detailed vacuum

need to mix up some lantern fly killer potion and spray outside since the nymphs have invaded

i’ll get on the elliptical for some movement, maybe do some arm work too

dog walk

make some calls

it’s wednesday so bills & all that goes with that

Hit Aldi’s for some fill in 

something with ground beef for dinner
