I don't game anymore, and when on a desktop just about any base mouse will do. And "best" is always subjective. Having said that, here ya go:
The only time I game will be if I'm downloading a retro game being refitted on Linux or Windows. But it's rare I spend time with them. Oh and I have Galaga and I think Pacman for Xbox. But haven't touched them in over a year.
We are out of power at the house right now because of the windstorms here in New England (posting from the local library). I had nothing else to do, so I drained some laptop battery life playing Adventure. Was good fun, if not frustrating that I still don't get far with it lol.
I occasionally fire up an Atari emulator and play the likes of dig dug, pitfall, missile command and the like. Seriously regressing as I age. lol
Is you power back on?
Aways used razor mice and almost every game session they suited me pretty well
Sure it is subjective, but as for me they won't withstand competition with even logitech, moreover Linux wasnt born for gaming
When I was a gamer Logitech was always my go-to.
