Hi folks!  Does anyone have any experience with companies in Singapore?  I'm looking for information on tax compliance and accounting requirements.

Singapore does have certain tax compliance requirements for companies. Basically, companies must register with the Enterprise Development Corporation (EDB) and the Internal Revenue Service of Singapore (IRAS). This is usually done through the company registration process. Regarding taxes and VAT in Singapore, the corporate income tax, which is currently 17%, applies. It is also important to comply with the accounting requirements and submit the relevant reports on time.
