Hi All,
It looks to me that the castings of the fork tubes have become porous.
Has anyone else experienced this? It's like they're 'sweating' fork oil.
TIA,
Michael

Wow.......that's strange. I've never seen anything like it. Possibly a poor casting to start with?

Generally, aluminum castings are sealed by 'flashing' them, so I'm guessing a mfg defect.
I'll need to figure out something, they have a lot of corrosion on them as well (even being garaged, living on a 19.5x3 mile island means whatever can't corrode, rots ).
