Speaking of PMS,

I checked videos about how to adjust that screw, I guess there is no way to access it aside from removing the carbs and re-attaching them if one wants to try different adjustments ?

Once the brass plugs are drilled out you can do it with a small or flexible screwdriver. I used a set of thumbscrews I got from Tim at Metric Magic. I haven't seen him around here for awhile but you can find him on the 1100 riders page on Facebook.
